  • This is a 90-minute session tailored specifically to your challenges and goals. Before we start, I'll send you a simple questionnaire to understand what you're seeking help with. Based on your responses, I'll create a guided meditation and art-making experience aimed at bringing clarity and insight.

    Following that, we'll engage in a journaling session to delve deeper into your aspirations. Finally, we'll discuss how you can incorporate these newfound insights into your daily routine.

  • Yes! These art-making sessions are all about the process of expression and require zero skills whatsoever. You’re here to get messy and expressive, not create a masterpiece.
